No lengthy integration is required, just simple user accounts for the Bots are all you need.
Bots access your own apps, with user accounts that you own and control. Login credentials are encrypted at rest (AES 256 bit) and stored in the automation cloud which conforms to various international standards including, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 27017:2015, ISO/IEC 27018:2019, ISO 9001:2015, SOC 2, HIPPA, HITRUST amongst others.
Our automations use TOTP VB.net libraries to generate and store an encrypted secret that is used to generate a 6-digit passcode every time it needs to login to an app (each code is only valid for 30 seconds).
Each run has extensive process logs that will detail the decisions/logic executed within each process. Extensive audit logs are also created detailing every interaction a standard user, and administrator and automation has with the automation cloud.
Each automation runs within our exception handling framework. Any issues with the automation create an alert that automatically creates an incident in our helpdesk system and is assigned to the appropriate team.
Bots access the data within your systems to view and update that data, it is temporarily "held" in memory for processing and then deleted, nothing leaves your own environments, no data is saved, retained, archived or transmitted.
All Bot activities and interactions are recorded via extensive logs that track what has been executed but does NOT store, archive or transmit any personal or confidential data of the transactions or your clients.
